Crystal Business Funding provides working capital loans and related services (“Service”) to small and medium sized businesses in need of financing to sustain or grow their business. By accessing our site, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Terms of Use”) and the terms and conditions of Crystal Business Funding, LLC (the “Website”), and which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Website or the Services. Crystal Business Funding reserves the right to update the content of its website, including the Terms of Use, at any time without notice.
Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and condition of the site, as well as Terms of Use, as modified.
Business Loan Services
Use of the Services is void where prohibited. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) Any applications submitted electronically shall have the same force and effect as if the application bore an inked original signature(s). (2) The above information, together with any accompanying financial statements, schedules, or other materials, is submitted for the purpose of obtaining credit and is warranted to be true, correct, and complete.
Authority
The Owner(s)/Officer(s) identified in the application (individually, an “Applicant”) each represents, acknowledges and agrees that (1) all information and documents provided to Crystal Business Funding, LLC (“CBF or Crystal Business Funding”) statements are true, accurate and complete, (2) Applicant will immediately notify CBF of any change in such information or financial condition, (3) Applicant authorizes CBF to disclose all information and documents that CBF may obtain including credit reports to other persons or entities (collectively, “Assignees”) that may be involved with or acquire commercial loans having daily, weekly or monthly repayment features including without limitation the application therefore (collectively, “Transactions”) and each Assignee is authorized to use such information and documents, and share such information and documents with other Assignees, in connection with potential Transactions, (4) each Assignee will rely upon the accuracy and completeness of such information and documents, (5) CBF, Assignees, and each of their representatives, successors, assigns and designees (collectively, “Recipients”) are authorized to request and receive any investigative reports, credit reports, statements from creditors or financial institutions, verification of information, or any other information that a Recipient deems necessary. (6) Applicant waives and releases any claims against Recipients and any information-providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving or release of information and (7) each Owner/Officer represents that he or she is authorized to sign this form on behalf of Business.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Crystal Business Funding and its affiliates, and partners including without limitation, Crystal Business Funding service providers, lenders, and banks - and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives- from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for any claims, causes of actions, procedures or allegations arising out of or relating to any violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the website, website content, or user content by you or any other person accessing any website on your behalf.
Further, Applicant waives and releases any claims against Recipients and any information-providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving or release of information, and each Owner/Officer represents that he or she is authorized to sign this form on behalf of Company.
Eligibility
You are confirming you are 18 years of age or older; and your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted without warning, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are less than 18 years of age.
Feedback and Submissions
You agree you are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any submissions you make and you will not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene. You agree that you will not submit anything to the site that will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or any other personal or proprietary rights.
Privacy and Security

The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time at our discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

By using parts of this website, or sending e-mails to Crystal Business Funding, you agree to receive communication from us electronically, and that all agreements, notices, account updates, disclosures and other communication that we, our affiliates, partners or independent contractors provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing and are effective immediately. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive disclosures and submit information electronically. You may withdraw your consent by contacting the Company in writing. If you chose to withdraw your consent, you will not be able to make any request through our website. If you have a pending request on our website, we will terminate it and remove it from our system. If you have already received funding, all previously agreed to terms and conditions will remain in effect, and we will send disclosure to your verified business address provided during registration.

You hereby expressly consent to receiving calls and messages, including auto-dialed and pre-recorded message calls and SMS messages (including text messages) from Crystal Business Funding, its affiliates, marketing partners, agents and others calling at Crystal Business Funding's request or on its behalf, at any telephone numbers that you have provided or may provide in the future (including any cellular or mobile telephone numbers). Your cellular or mobile telephone provider may charge you according to the type of plan you carry. You may opt out of receiving calls and marketing from Crystal Business Funding and its affiliates, marketing partners, agents and others by contacting us directly.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content on the Website (the “Content”) and the Services are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under local and international laws conventions. To the best of its knowledge, Crystal Business Funding uses only Content that it owns or is otherwise allowed and permitted for use by the owner/s of the copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein. Events Beyond Control
Under no circumstances shall Crystal Business Funding be held liable for any delay or failure in this Website and/or any of the Services and/or information on the Website directly or indirectly resulting from, arising out of, relating to or in connection with events beyond the reasonable control of Crystal Business Funding, including, without limitation, Internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties. The provisions of this paragraph are in addition to, and not intended to limit or modify, the limitation of Limitation of Liability section as stipulated above.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act
The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into the binding contract); because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
